I don’t want to read anything written by a man
who has done nothing
to truly look at the world
and the shape it was forced into
by powerful men who came before.

I don’t want to hear any words spoken by a man
who has no empathy,
who thinks the way things are is fine,
who has never thought to think
what it is like to be
a woman,
a child,
a marginalized, targeted person
and have to share this planet
with so many dangerous men.

I don’t care if he isn’t one of them.

If he has never thought to think,
never tried with his
words,
deeds,
vote
to change things,
he may as well be.
